DEMENTIA SUPPORT at SAGE HOUSE
Here at Sage House by Dementia Support we have launched an appeal as we need to increase our services following the news that local NHS assessment and diagnostic clinics will be closed until April. We estimate over 1000 families will be left without help for many months, therefore we are determined to ensure these people have access to support and advice.
Furthermore, the more communities who know about the charity and the services we offer, the more people we will be able to reach and help. I hope you can spread awareness within your community of the services we offer, and should any of your members need our support then they know where to turn.
