‘National Finals Qualification’ explained:
If a player/team finish in the top four places from the entries received by the national closing date, they are offered a nomination for the national finals.
If you accept this nomination you must attend the finals if allocated a place by the ESMBA.
If you think you might be unable or now don’t wish to play at the National Finals you must decline your nomination.
